In need of refurbishment. Lacks comfortable lounge. Constant problems with the electronic key cards.

The furniture and carpets were so old and dated and on one side of the hotel the lift was out of order and had been for a long time and they couldn't even give any idea as to when it would be repaired. Wouldn't stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone either.

The location of the hotel was marvelous and perfect for the wedding we attended. the breakfast offered a good variety of options, including coffee and tea, and was reasonably priced. the property was fairly clean, and we enjoyed the nice gardens on the premises.

I liked the fact it was cheap and not bad for the price . it was located conveniently . I was staying at the seacroft branch
I was very dissapointed because I could nt find the place. The hotel is actually called ramada. Britania have apparantley have taken over this place . but it does not say britania outside the hotel . and knowere on my online booking it mentioned this . I was going round in circles looking for britania when it was actually called ramada. Until I phoned them and then they told me. They was not very apologetic at all .. the other thing me and my wife was staying in the hotel we booked a double room but actually it was 2 single beds joined together so annoying.
